1. Who we are

FULINA ("we", "us") is an independent private service based in Vancouver, British Columbia, that helps individuals check their potential eligibility for government benefit programs and prepare related application forms. We are not affiliated with the Government of British Columbia, BC Housing, the Canada Revenue Agency, or any government body.

2. What we do and do not do

We provide information and clerical assistance only: eligibility checks based on the information you provide, document checklists, and help preparing application forms. We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or financial advice. We are not a law firm, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using this service. For matters requiring licensed professional advice, we will refer you to a licensed professional.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Eligibility decisions are made solely by the relevant government agencies. Our free check is an estimate based on the information you provide and publicly available program criteria. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for, receive, or continue to receive any benefit.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for reviewing any application we prepare before it is submitted, and for the truthfulness of all statements made to government agencies in your name.

5. Fees

The eligibility check is free. If you ask us to prepare an application, we will quote a flat fee before any work begins. Fees are payable as agreed at the time of the quote. Because our work product is delivered upon completion, fees for completed work are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for decisions made by government agencies, delays in processing, or losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
