1. What we collect

When you use our free eligibility check, we collect the information you enter in the form: your answers about residency, household income range, family, housing situation, and your email address. If you hire us to prepare an application, we collect only the additional information required by that application.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to check your potential eligibility for benefit programs, to send you your results, and, if you hire us, to prepare your application. That is all.

3. What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers or third parties for marketing. We do not use your information for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

4. Where it is stored

Form responses are collected via Google Forms and stored in Google's infrastructure under our account. Email correspondence is stored in our email account. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, and we delete it on request.

5. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA), you may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will act on your request promptly.
